It was a piece of Lewisburg’s past, a warehouse for Pennsylvania House once filled with their furniture, which then sat empty. Six years ago an idea blossomed to breathe new life into this place, and today, it is something completely different and yet just as integral to the present and future of this area The Miller Center for Recreation and Wellness and we’ll take you through it.
Speaking of the future, Susquehanna University has had an eye toward a green one and moved ahead with a big plan to get its power from a source of renewable energy. It partnered with WGL Energy on this 14-acre solar array with over 12,000 panels just west of the campus.
